A house you rent, on which a wedding happens
None of these is a wedding venue in the way a hotel is a wedding venue, and the difference is worth understanding before the first email. You take the whole house for the week. The wedding is something that happens in it, arranged by people you engage yourself.
That is not a smaller offer. It is the reason the wedding party sleeps where the wedding is, why nobody negotiates taxis at one in the morning in a place with no taxis, and why the day can look like whatever you want rather than like the last one the venue ran.

What decides which house

A consecrated chapel
Villa Ravano has one on the ground floor, kept closed and opened for guests marrying at the villa. It is the only one in the collection, and the parish church is walking distance from more than one of the houses.

Where the ceremony goes
The lawns take well over a hundred seated with an aisle and room behind the back row. Ask for the number with the aisle in it, not the number of chairs that fit.

Where dinner goes
Gravel in front of a house takes a marquee better than grass behind it, and a van has to reach it. Both matter more in the planning than they sound.

Who sleeps on site
Between seven and sixteen bedrooms depending on the house. Work out early how the party splits between the villa and the villages, because that decides which one you want.

We let you the house. The wedding you engage yourself.
What you rent from us is the villa, its grounds, and the work of our own staff. That is the whole of the contract, and it is deliberately the whole of it.
The planner, the caterer, the florist, the photographer, the musicians and the celebrant are independent businesses. We are glad to introduce you to people who have worked in these houses for years and know where the power is and how long the drive takes — but they agree the work and the price with you, and they invoice you directly. We take no margin and no commission.
Ask any venue the same question plainly: am I paying you for the flowers, or are you introducing me to a florist? Both answers are legitimate. Not knowing which you agreed to is not.
